I remember buying Dr. Scholls at Payless for shoes years ago. I had sneakers and I had shoes and they were one of the best shoes I have ever owned. they seem a bit prices here on some styles. When i bought mine they were a reasonable price at Payless. My husband used to wear the mens sneaker. He liked them but went to New balance when his size became unavailable. but he liked them too. Ive seen them at Walmart on occasion.

In my neck of the woods, Dr Scholls is in every CVS & Walgreens along w/the machine you can use for free to let you know which kind to purchase.

Um, not to get off topic but shouldn't people wear SOCKS when using this thing? I'm grossed out! How could that be sanitary?

Yes you should wear socks. I feel the same way you do. I just cringe when going through airport security seeing adults as well as children going through barefoot. Major "cootie/yuk" alert!!!!!!!

If that footpad is covered in germs, will socks keep the germs off your feet? Honest question . . .

Unless you take your socks off and put them back on inside out, yes.

Germs need "direct" contact to wreck havoc.

@so so I bought a pair of Dr. Scholls tennis shoes at Famous Footwear several years ago and they were the best I have ever worn. They were expensive but worth it.
