D & B registration card

I purchased a Dooney last December online at Dillards and pulled the registration card out over the weekend to mail in. Now I can't find it anywhere! I don't plan on trading this bag in as I really like it, but what if I need a repair on it at some point? Am I out of luck? Are there any other benefits to sending the card in?

I treated myself to three D & Bs before Christmas. One during the 12 DOD, and two online at Dillards. This is my first experience with this brand, and I really like these bags.
