D&B cleaning

Anyone have any experience with D&B cleaning? I have a zip-around wallet that could use a cleaning. Just bought it for a song at the local GW store. It is in very good condition - just needs a good cleaning, especially some ballpoint pen marks on the inside. Has anyone done this themselves - or had it done? Where did you have it cleaned? I have a D&B outlet not far, but no D&B b&m store. Have no idea about the cost of cleaning and wonder if it would be even worth. TIA for your help.
