D & B Trade in Program

I have read on this forum from time to time ladies who have traded in their D&B and received credit in order to purchase something else. I have looked on the Dooney site for instructions on how to do this and haven't found anything.

Do any of you have a link to their instructions? All I have come up with is returning damaged merchandise; not just trade in for the sake of trading in.

I have a few handbags that I don't use and would like to get something else.
