Awhile back, I ordered the Croco TSV in Taupe - AS IS, and was on wait-list for the original Logo Lock in Teal. I received the Taupe Croco in perfect condition, all accessories included. First AS IS experience and couldn't be better! The price reduction was fantastic! I then received the teal right after. I was on the fence about keeping the Teal,with the higher price and already loving the Croco, then up comes the Teal AS IS, so I decided to return the first Teal and gamble on the AS IS. Didn't turn out so well. It clearly has been used.. not bad, I just know the difference as receiving it brand new previously. Plus, no accessories! (How does that happen anyway? No accessories? Do people keep them and return the bag? How is that legal?!) I called CS to see what we could do. In their system, it is showing that there is a replacement available so no credit could be given, however, there is only ONE available to replace/exchange. I asked if he could order that, I would hate to return, someone order the other AS IS, and not get ANY bag. The system would not let him order. I personally think it is probably not available. So I asked again about a credit. The most he could credit was $30. Is that good? I told him I would think about it, mostly because I wanted to check the website myself (I was not home) for the other AS IS he was saying was available. IT'S NOT! Obviously it's not, it was not showing. I am disappointed! I don't know what to do.
Any suggestions? Please!
