After much anticipation, I received this today. Not as good luck this time around like I had with the as-is satchel. The front of the handbag looked "wrinkled" - don't know if leather smooths out or not and it was missing the accessories. I called customer service to see about getting credit for the missing accessories - last time I was credited $45. Well, not this time - I was informed that as-is bags are already marked down at a substantial savings and a credit was not possible. So, I could have challenged her, but I wasn't loving the bag anyway, so back it goes tomorrow. Very frustrating though that there isn't consistency on getting credit on missing accessories
