For those of you who own this bag, does it stay shut? I usually have a zipper closure because my bags fall on the floor a lot (I'm klutzy) but I'm really tempted to try this. Thanks.

Keep checking on Dooney and ILD, they periodically offer the leather version and in several color choices, though clearly not as many as those that accompany this bag.

Well, that is what they say during the logo lock presentations, but, it isn't exactly true. While I haven't seen most of the colors that are offered to match the bag, it has been offered in a handful of colors on both ilovedooney and Dooney.com. I purchased red and timoro brown in the fall. I posted because I check from time to time for additional colors, and when I last checked I couldn't find it at all. It was pretty deeply buried on the site, so I thought maybe they changed the description and location. But I guess they are out.

I have the NAVY LOGO LOCK. I adore it. Have had it for two years. It's one of my favorites. Very classy and timeless.

My daughter bought me a tan leather kiss lock coin purse and she bought a red one for herself...she bought them at I love dooney.com but it was Christmas 2013! I really don't know why they insist that the purse ONLY comes with that bag, when it definitely was available as a separate purchase...
