This is the only website, other than a bank, where I have to have a user name and a password, instead of using your email with a password. Well, NOW they are saying that my password/user are invalid. Made several attempts. Then when I went to get the password by email, they require me to know the user name and password. Crazy. Then they say you can call.

As you remember, I am the one with the stinky-poo Black E/W tote that I want to return. I am not happy with this website or company AT ALL!
