Coach question....is it faux

I purchased a Coach Madison tote at Macys last week. It was a clearance sale item so I thought I got a great deal and I used a coupon.

Now I notice the care instructions card inside doesn't look like the other Coach purses I own. There are mostly Asian languages printed.

The leather "creed" wording and the number seem off. My other Coach bags numbering starts with "No" with an underscore and this one does not. The leather is very thin and squishy.

Any thoughts?
