Coach and Dooney Outlet Question

Hi Ladies

For those ladies that are regular visitors to Coach outlets- is there any way to tell if a bag is made specifically for the outlet or part of the regular Coach line?

Do you see a difference in quality at the outlet?

Also what about bags at the Dooney outlet?

I have been curious about this for a long time.
