Shoes

I have had these for about 7 years, but with all my clarks, only wore about three times a year. Did not wear this year until yesterday. Was OK when I left home in them and about two hours later, I was having trouble keeping the right one on, its a slip on. Looked down and the whole outer side of rubber and seam had come apart. Shortly there after, the left one did the same thing. I had an appointment to go too and so we laughed in the office and clear taped the shoes together. My trousers long enough where you couldn't tell unless you looked real close. This has never happen in all my years of wearing clarks. When I got home, I looked at the black pair I brought with these and they are falling apart also. I am not rough on shoes. Isn't Clarks suppose to last. The leather and soles did, but not the side rubber or stiching. I had to throw away, because it fell apart so much, it wasn't worth taking to shoe repair. We certainly had a good laugh over it.
