I just sent back 2 pairs AS-IS Clarks shoes - oversized - like 2 sizes too big. They charged me $15. return shipping (I put both pairs in one box) - and I had to email QVC and they're giving me a credit. Not sure if it's for the full $15.

I ordered 3 pairs of Clarks from clarksusa dot com and 1 pair of Clarks from Zappos - no problems.

I'm also not going to order any more Clarks from the Q - it's hit and miss.
