Clarification on Dooney Trade In program needed please

Sent a bag into D&B two weeks ago to do a trade in. I originally paid $240.00 so oI knew I would get $120.00 credit towards a bag that cost $240.00 or more and that is what I got as credit. The bag I wanted to use the credit on was $278.00 so I would have been OK but now they have had a price reduction on the bag to $208.00. So, if I buy the bag at the reduced price how will they refigure my credit?
