Hi Ladies!
I got my second florentine bag from QVC a couple of weeks ago, in the plum. It was brand new and wrapped up nicely. However, there were some scratches on the leather that don't want to rub out, and a few tiny tiny cracks on the handle part. I would return it for an exhange, but then I run the risk of them selling out of my color. I really do love the bag!
Do any of you know any methods for conditioning or repairing the leather? I am sure this will get softer with time. I think I got spoiled with my first florentine because the leather was so amazing and perfect, not a mark on it. And when I do get one on it, they rub out. Just not with the plum color for some reason. Anyway, thanks in advance for any advice! ![]()
