Bruce I need your help please!!!!

I purchased one of your purses at a major store and the latch brock. Well I don't have my receipt and they would do anything about it but I hope you will the number on the purse is A97055 I bought it in blue but any color you can help me with I would greatly appreciate it what broke it the latch on the front of the purse I beg you please help me find a place to repair it or would you give me a new on?
