The shaft was always at least 6 inches high and never stuck out from the bottom of your pant leg like the short shaft boots that Clarks sells at a higher price. Also, the circumference of the shaft was measured correctly and not oversized like Clarks. And, they too always offered both med and wide widths.

I find it really hard to believe that Clarks is the best selling brand at Qvc per the representative today. If that's true it's because you discontinued Markon. I also find Sofft (and Softspots) to be a better shoe than Clarks although don't care for the high prices at Qvc.

Perhaps you can offer Sofft and Softspots as a TSV a few times a year and stop bombarding the airwaves with Clarks which are not the same quality from years gone by.
