I just called to check on Bonnie.

First off, the CS Rep told me there was no order

under the order number I gave her........the devil is a liar!

I told her I received an email order confirmation with that

order number.

She then checked again & Oops there is was.

I asked if I would get a ship/tracking /confirmation number......

she said NO.....WHAT??

She then asked for my email addy & told me when Bonnie Zip Pouch

is sent out, she will email me this evening with the track number.

I don't know if I like this or not.......you have to call & ask for

a tracking number?? why isn't it automatically sent to you?

Can anymore explain this to me.....Sarah??
