OK . . . I was in both Belk & Dillard's yesterday and was looking at the Copa Cabana in the Mini-Alden and I'm guessing it is the same with other colors also . . . but the strap which I thought should be able to be adjusted for cross-body wear . . . well the little brass bump/button whatever you want to call it . . . and the extra adjustment holes were on the same side leaving the only single adjustment hole on the "other" side. I un-did the one and pulled out on the strap but didn't see how it was possible. I had my hands full with my own purse and another shopping bag and didn't bother asking the sales associate but it seemed wrong. I thought maybe it was just me in too big a hurry at Dillards but experienced the same thing down the mall at Belks.

Anyone with a Mini-Alden that can clue me in as to what I was doing wrong? Maybe I needed to completely remove it from the brass ring and re-insert of something???

I have an older Copa but would buy a second IF I could adjust to wear cross-body to have this style which I love and be completely versatile otherwise I'll just stick with my original shoulder style.
