Bmak defects with stiching

Over the last four months I have purchased a crossbody and another satchel by bmak and both had stitching coming out of them. I didn't even get a chance to use either one because I returned them after seeing this. I think we pay too much money to have them arrive defected. It's too bad because I really love them and would like to keep them. I'm just afraid if I keep them the stitching will become looser and eventually fall apart and then I couldn't get my money back. Has anyone else had this experience with any of his bags?
