Deb, I know exactly how you feel. I just got my Ivory Ostrich Roma 2 Tote and it was Black.
I cannot comprehend the incompetence of those responsible for fulfilling these orders.

I hate when you look forward to something and it doesn't work out. I actually ordered this in the butter earlier today. I had to talk with two c/s reps to get the ezpay. I thought for a second that they weren't going to do it. Butter isn't blush, but it's a neutral. My first choice would have been gray. What sold me was the long strap.

I suspect that the worker bee pickers and packers simply use their handheld barcode scanners to locate inventory items and pack them and don't bother paying attention with their eyes as to what the color of the order is even if it's listed on the order summary sheet in front of them.

So sorry both of you lovely ladies were sent the complete wrong items. I really don't see how product fulfillment could have mistaken your items but I would guess the answer is they simply don't bother to check...
Hoping you both ultimately get the items you actually ORDERED...
Deb, I'd bet the blush will come back in stock. You might appeal to CS to let you waitlist it, NOT that you should have to!

Well I called orYany today and the chances of getting this bag are slim. The only supply of this bag was sent directly to QVC. Really ????? This is not good. I had hopes that I could order it directly from them because the do have a shop button on their sight but this is not one that they are selling direct. Q is on my short list
