I know, it's not fair to those that don't have their credit card. Try retailmenot.com and check to see if they have a "family and friends" type promo code. Usually it's around a 20% savings discount if they have one and you can use any form of payment to use it. Good luck!

When QVC sold Birkenstock shoes over the years I bought (I swear to you) over 100 pair of Birkenstock shoes. Some were clogs, but most were all different designs of sandals.

I would order the other brand from HSN (they sold them) and they never felt good. I kept some of them but never wear them. I think there is a difference. They feel cheaper to me.

I have heard before that others do not like the Betula styles as well as the others. I am hoping I will like them. We have hard floors throughout our home and always wear something on my feet. If by chance they don't work for me though~Kohls has a wonderful return policy so it's worth taking the chance with nothing to lose.

Not sure why QVC has decided to not sell Birks anymore. While I find many of the Vionic styles attractive I have yet to find one that fits me right. I seem to be in between sizes~the 9's don't fit right in the arch and the 8's look like my foot is hanging over the shoe.

My favorite Birks are the Birkis and the Papillios. They are just the most comfortable on my feet. Also, the styles are a bit more fun. I find that the regular "Birkenstocks" run a bit narrower.

As for Betulas, I haven't tried them.

Betulas is sold by Christain (family member) and are not a ""true"" Birkenstock. The footbed has been changed slightly so not to be an exact replica. More than likely due to patent infringement. They do not fit the same or feel the same but are cheaper.

I can't wear the Betula line either. They are not the same as the original Birkenstock brand.

Betulas are an inferior knockoff of Birkenstock...I had a couple of pair of clogs that cracked and peeled after a few wearings after it was too late to return them...I bought them on HSN...

They are not made in Germany. They are like the ones HSN has/had.
