B Mak I love your handbags but these new stand up handles that have no ring to fold down when your using the shoulder strap are awful.

Stop with the thin belt like shoulder straps. They cut into the are when bag is full!

Stop with the shoulder straps that aren't adjustable. Women who are under five five can't carry the same length as the models! We don't want the purse down to our knees, and NO WE DON'T WANT TO KNOT THE THIN STRAP!

Stop with the strap hooking on one side of the bag. That makes the bag hang at a tilt. This is why I never buy Bar and Bar bags.

Stop with the big suit case like bags. Looks kinda stupid if the bag is bigger across than the person is.

Stop putting silver hardware on all your new black or white bags. Offer choices of hardware in both colors.

Last but not least stop raising the pricing! The economy is bad, try to remember that your items are not a necessity.
