As is leather Odine

Hi ladies, I rarely post, but frequently read the Dooney forum. I just had to post about the stunning black leather Odine I surprisingly found last week. I was even more surprised when it shipped. There were so many as is bags listed last week, but I thought maybe it was a fluke that this bag would actually be in stock. It is absolute perfection. No defects whatsoever and the smell of the leather is intoxicating. It didn't come with a registration card or dust bag, but no big deal for me. It did come with a key fob. After seeing this gorgeous bag, I wonder why this style is not a Dooney staple in their line. The style is not only beautiful, but very functional. I love that it has a large opening. I usually don't carry a leather bag in summer, but Odine will be an exception.

Congrats tx4gal on your wonderful find! I have always admired the Odine and agree with your comment wondering why Dooney doesn't carry this beautiful style as a staple. I am amazed (and jealous!) that you found it here. After reading some of the negative reviews regarding quality on some as-is bags, I am glad you were one of the lucky ones to receive a bag with no issues.

Lucky you! Enjoy your new bag! I went back and forth on the Odine for so long that finally it just seemed to disappear. That said, there are lots of bags I wish DB maintained as staples but I guess they can't manufacture so many different silhouettes. Personally, I wish they'd have kept more of an all-weather-leather line than they did too.
