Hello all! I, like many of you, placed my order for the new Roma II yesterday as soon as the link went up. My husband told me to go ahead and choose the fastest shipping possible as it is a gift for me and he wanted me to have it this week. We were told the bag would be delivered tomorrow. Then the EDD got changed to Thursday. Now we've been told by five different CS reps that they don't know why the item hasn't shipped and that they have emailed corporate to find out. No one, at any level of CS, could answer our question. Finally, he called corporate CS who told us that when a TSV item is "Advanced Sale" it will not ship until after the item has aired. They could not explain why the system let us pay for expedited shipping with an EDD of this week when the item will most likely not be shipped until Monday now at the earliest. I am a frequent shopper at QVC so am not new to the rodeo so to speak, but can anyone verify for me that this is how "Advanced Sale" items work? And why would CS have no idea AT ALL that this is what was happening with our order? They also told at corporate CS that no one else's orders will ship either until after the TSV airs on Friday. Needless to say the funds are being held at our bank as well (including the expedited shipping charges.) Any thoughts welcome--thanks so much!

Thanks for the reply. I did order via Lisa's FB page so I did get the TSV price and Easy Pays. I think it is also up to the bank as to when they charge the card. We paid the expedited shipping as it was to be for a gift…we will just have to wait now for the airing and hope it arrives quickly!! Still think QVC could do a better job providing their CS reps with accurate information so that they too feel like they know what is going on. Imagine how frustrated they are sometimes when they aren't filled in!
