Re: About that Logo Lock bag

I wasn't blessed with nice broad shoulders, so when carrying the logo lock I do have to "hang on to it" with my hand near the base of the strap in order for it to stay on my shoulder, otherwise it wouldn't stay in place eitherSmile

Re: About that Logo Lock bag

I think dooney has a smaller bag like this. The Alisa?

I love the bag. Really I think that it works for most, not all. It depends on your lifestyle. If you have to carry your life around with you, perfect. And if you love it, you figure out how to do it without an outside pocket. I think once it slouches, it's smaller. When you carry a large bag, you learn to adjust. I have carried large bags for many years and after a while, you aren't knocking stuff over and bumping into people. It's learned behavior. Now the bag won't stay on everyone's shoulder, because we're not all built the same. I have found that shoulder bags work better on one side than the other, but that is my physiology.

You can always try it and see if it works for you.

I don't understand my fascination with this bag - lol. I've had it in my cart several times. I'm not in love with the pink lining, but it looks so classy - just a lot of great leather. Yesterday I was at one of the State offices and the clerk had the Logo Lock bag in natural and it looked so rich and classy just sitting there - sigh.

I'd have probably caved by now and given it a whirl but for that pink lining...

Re: About that Logo Lock bag

I have really wanted to get the logo lock bag for a long time, but didn't want to spend $279.00 for it. In July, I went to the QVC outlet in Frazer, PA and they had a special - all handbags $89.00!!!! It was insane. Women were buying 9 and 10 bags at a time! I waited and waited until they brought out more and more bags, and I finally saw the T-Moro Brown Logo Lock bag. I grabbed it, and it had the coin purse and the key fob in it, all wrapped up, clean and brand new! I was SOOOOOO excited. This is the bag I'm carrying right now. If you think it's too big, it's not, and I'm not a big bag girl. I love it! The outlets are hit or miss. Sometimes I come out of there with nothing, other times with four bags of stuff. That day in July was definitely a HIT!

Re: About that Logo Lock bag

I ordered it a long time ago when it first came out and sent it back. I know there are lots of people who love this bag, but it was just not for me. It was huge and there was just something about all the hardware being in one place just didn't appeal to me although I did think the fact that you could rotate the clasp was interesting. I loved the little bag that came with it but not enough to keep the big one. I've got other large bags but they mold to me when I carry them and their size isn't a problem. This one had such a structured base that it really stuck out when I carried it and I kept hitting things I walked past. Sort of like carrying a box on a strap! Some of the colors now are beautiful, but I still just can't get past how awkward it felt carrying it.

ITA, the pink lining is a deal breaker for me. I've seen plenty of Dooneys that I would have liked to own however the interior had the pink lining so it was on to the "NEXT" for me, lol

Same here. I've had a couple of bags on my list only to discover that lining and off they came... They used the same fabric in a neutral on many of their bags and it was much better. First, I'm not a big fan of pink and it also doesn't always work with the exterior color of the bag. Maybe the current red doesn't either, but I can live with it! I wish they'd lose the pink altogether...
