A month ago I bought a Tig purse that turned out to be defective but customer service said I could return it because it was defective and they could replace it because it was in stock. So I mailed it back last monday via the USPS. Does QVC usually send an e mail to say they have recieved it back? When I look under order status there is nothing there to indicate it was returned. It is a week today since I mailed it back.
