I have a tomatillo plant thats loaded this year does anyone have an easy recipe to use them, maybe salsa or salsa verde, dont like it very hot and spicy though.

Lucky you. This is a recipe for a sweet "salsa jam" and you can simply cut down on the red pepper--it doesn't have a lot, but it has some.  If you like mildly spicy, leave out  the habanera hot sauce. If even milder, use only a pinch of cayenne or none at all. Tomatillo Salsa Jam
