sandwiches

So for a party this weekend I'm going to make finger sandwiches. Actually I plan on making regular sandwiches and then cut them in 4ths. I'm doing some deli meats and cheeses and then putting out condiments for people to put on what they want. But I'm wanting some different kinds of filling also. Something like a cream cheese with spices or something. Anyone have any ideas for different fillings? Thanks so much,
