You can always use equal measures of evap milk and water to = whole milk in a recipe.

Good for cooking, not for drinking. I keep evap milk on the pantry shelf in case I run out of 1/2 and 1/2 for coffee.

yes yes I do, I have the best Rice pudding. We Greece we call it RIZOGALO
