DH suprised me with an early Christmas present today......a 7 and 1/4 qt. Le Creuset round oven in kiwi.....I am so excited; I have never had one and he also bought a pork loin roast......and brought it out of the fridge when I opened the gift......I think that is a hint?
I have never made a pork loin roast....how do I do it in the new Le Creuset? I don't want to stuff it, butterfly it, etc. Just prepare it as one whole roast....with a glaze or something.....any good cooks out there want to offer their recipe? Thanks!
