made up recipe---it worked!!!

I've been in a cooking slump---nothing has been turning out lately--old recipes and new ones as well--lost my mojo, I guess. Anyway I get the faroe salmon on AD--delicious. DD came home with a cold yeterday and was not eating much----so got out some salmon, threw it in water to poach-- then half way thru cooking, I put avo oil/pat of butter along with a sprinkling of siracha salt and a squeeze of honey in a pan and cooked the fish just til done--tossed in some steamed carrots, added fresh dill---made everything dance together for a few minutes til nicely coated , made some rice and there you go!!!! Had really good fresh pineapple  to go with---was delicious and DD fed her cold. Got the siracha salt from Trader Joes--is really quite good-- a little spicy but I like that. All took about 1/2 an hour too. Mojo starting to seep back in-----Maybe????Woman Wink
