DD and I had lunch at a QFC grocery store yesterday, they have a wonderful deli and hot food bar, beautiful sushi and asian bowls, salads of different types---fantastic bakery too custom and ready made sammies ---got a wonderful coconut curry chicken soup and those meat/cheese roll-ups that I have made using a flour tortillas, for party food--anyway--these were made using lavash bread and WOW were they so much better than flour tortillas!!  I will be using those for when I make the rolls for various events. Were nothing special really, deli turkey, cheese, lettuce with cream cheese but were soft and easy to bite and had a really nice flavor--flour tortillas taste like paper to me---then went to Trader Joes  and oh boy, let the shopping begin!!!Woman Very Happy

I love lavash bread and buy it once in a while at a middle eastern market. I get the whole wheat if they have it. Love it with salads and it's great for wraps.

I use and enjoy lavash bread all the time.

Makes a delicious wrap with roasted chicken, lettuce, tomato, onion, a bit of shaved cheddar and a touch of your favorite dressing. Yum!!!

Do you have an Arabic or Indian bakery or market locally?   I'm in California , we have a couple, they are far, but I stock up.  The fresh Lavash, roti, naan is nothing like some of the commercial found in stores. I make those pinwheel sandwiches from lavash once in a while for grands
