Does anyone have a recipe for maple walnut fudge??  thanks a bunch.

There are two recipes I have used in past ... one does not require cooking (just heating) the other is made the more traditional way and you need a candy thermometer for best results.

Non-cooking recipe is called Boardwalk Quality Maple Walnut Fudge at the Allrecipes site. It's good and fairly fool proof.

Cooking recipe is called Old Fashioned Maple & Walnut Fudge at the frugalmomeh site. My husband likes this one best as the maple flavor is very intense. It's more work, but it's tasty.
