I love fried rice, will have to try this.  I don't care for ham but some cubed leftover chicken should work.  Thanks for the recipe.

I love fried rice. To save a step, I scramble the egg right in the pan. Just move the rice to the sides, crack the egg right in, scramble and cook, then mix with the rice.

How long does oyster sauce keep after opening? Do you have a preferred brand? Thanks.

Yes!    With shrimp!

Fully cooked rice is available in 1 cup servings, time saver.

I don't mind cooking rice but it's just me so the pre-cooked is handy.

I don't like that boil in bag rice, you cook it in the boiling water.

Just doesn't taste good to me.

Uncle Ben's has a Ready Rice and Minute Rice makes a Ready-to-Serve rice.

I prefer long grain white rice.
