I was in a shop that sold dried spices and etc and found dried spinach. It works wonderful when making dips. It is so nice and easy ...no messy daining ...I just stirred it into my mayo and sour cream with an envelope of dry veg soup mix and diced water chestnuts. It seemed expensive for a pound but the clerk explained, no one buys a pound because an ounce was a lot of spinach....I am always keeping this on hand.
