Can anyone help me with this? A co-worker gave my husband packaged meats that we have had in the freezer and I have no idea how to prepare. One says Deer Loin Steak and the other says Bear Round Steak. They are from steves meat market. Anyone ever cook with game like this? Can you use recipes that you would for beef?
