brussel sprouts

3 thick slices prochuto

1cup chicken broth

1 thin sliced shallot

1thin sliced clove garlic

remove hard bottoms and 1st layer of sprouts and slice into halves

saute sprout halves, prochuto , shallot ,claric clove,salt and pepper

add chicken broth and cook until sptouts begin to soften,

add parmesian to taste.
