Zucchini relish recipe needed... PLEASE and TY

It is getting that time again..I want to make zucchini relish but I lost my mothers recipe for sweet Zucchini relish {#emotions_dlg.sad} It only has the zucchini and onions for the vegetables it was very simple but very good......I was wondering if any one out there has or makes home canned relish...and would share there recipe??? It would mean the world to me...I miss it so much..this has been the 4th year without it...I was hoping I would have found it by now!!! {#emotions_dlg.sad}
