I'm looking for some of these too. I don't know where all my zucchini recipes went. Although I do recall that when my husband once grew them, we had so many that one dinner, had zucchini bread, zucchini casserole, zucchini dessert. Maybe that's the answer. He walked in from his garden one day, and had such a large zucchini, he could have hit baseballs with it. Come to think of it, that was his last garden, LOL.
