Zucchini Casserole

1 stick butter

1 box Uncle Ben "Stuff n Such"

2 pounds zucchini...sliced

1/4 cup onion...minced

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 cup sour cream

1 cup grated carrots

Mix butter and stuff n such, Pat half the mixture into a 9x13 inch pan. Cook zucchini and onion in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain. Spread ontop of mixture in pan. Mix soup, sour cream and carrots together. Pour over zucchini. Pat remaining Stuff n Such on top and bake at 350* for 30 minutes.
