This sounds good.  What if I don't have Bisquick?  Can I substitute flour?  I don't know what Bisquick actually is...

this is really good. i used 4 c. of zucchini and spread in pan. i mix other ingredients together and pourd over zucchini. i only use 3 eggs-that's all i had. still turned out great.

I am not exactly sure what is in Bisquick.  I think it is either baking soda or baking powder and salt and flour but not really sure.  Aslo not sure with the added ingredients what the exact measurements would be.  I would check for you but I take mine out of the box and keep in a container.
