Yellow Coconut Cake

This recipe was posted in our local newspaper & it is delicious! I was concerned about the new cake mix size, but it worked out great!

YELLOW COCONUT CAKE

1 box Duncan Hines Yellow cake mix

3 oz. box Coconut Cream Instant Pudding

4 eggs

3/4 cup oil

3/4 cup water

1 tsp. vanilla

1 tsp. almond flavoring, optional

Pour all ingredients into a large bowl and beat 10 minutes. Pour in a large, greased tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes. Cool in pan. (Don't turn pan upside down to cool.) Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar
