I put my chicken, (any type of pieces) in a medium bowl, toss with olive oil, salt and pepper. Lay them in your air fryer basket and cook according to your fryer recommendation as far as length of cook and temperature. You can cook any pieces from a chicken from frozen, it just takes a bit longer. Also, I use olive oil because it has a lower smoke point, and so the wings get nice and brown, crispy. Don't forget to pull them out halfway through the cooking time and flip them over with a pair of tongs. Best wings ever! Also, homemade French fries made in the air fryer are absolutely amazing! Just prep and cut your fries, toss in olive oil in a bowl, and cook at your air fryers recommended time and temp! Have fun and enjoy!
