Another super recipe copied elsewhere...
Whiskey Grilled Chicken
Well, I started out with 20 boneless, skinless organic chicken thighs.
Then I mixed together:
1 cup bourbon
1 cup catsup
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice
3 teaspoons granulated garlic
1 teaspoon dry mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a container large enough to hold the chicken, tightly cover and refrigerate for about 1/2 hour. Then grill until the internal temperature reaches 165-170 degrees Fahrenheit.
It was so tender and the flavor was incredible.
