Hi All -
I have a question for you. I bought some wheat flour for a scone recipe I was going to make. I ended up using a different recipe that called for all white flour. I've never bought wheat flour before (my husband teases me I lived under a rock for a while) my question is can I use the wheat flour instead of, or in combination with white flour for any recipe? I honestly don't know if they are completely interchangeable.
Thanks for your help.... crawling back under my rock.
