What salad would you serve with this shrimp soup?

Thanks to so many of you who helped me with breakfast suggestions for my upcoming visit from my high school buddies. Now, I would love some ideas on what kind of salad to serve with this shrimp soup recipe:

I've only made this once before, but it is really GOOD! If you make it, just be careful and don't put too much of the adobe stuff in it. It is spicy!

I love pickin brains here cause you all come up with ideas I would never have thought of. In many ways, I cook the same old things over and over and over and over.
