Made "The World's Best Lasagna" from allrecipes a week or so ago and split into two casseroles (one to freeze).  So that takes care of tomorrow, too!

Shrimp scampi with linguini. I made the pasta fresh today and I'm looking forward to it.

My neighbor saw me working in the front yard.  She brought over some cassoulet and pate with slices of a baguette.  She is French and it was delicious.

@denisemb I've made that same recipe numerous times.  It's my "go to" recipe and is amazing.  Hope your family loves it as much as mine does.

I made the Cheesy Enchiladas that Jane (QVC host) posted and also someone else did on the Recipe thread here. It's the one with chicken, chicken broth, diced chilis, sour cream and a lot of shredded cheese. It was great - hubby loved it! Very creamy and very cheesy, so thanks to whoever it was that posted the recipe.
