Leftovers from yesterday ....  it sounds strange, but it's delicous.

 

Best way to describe it is coleslaw w/shredded carrots, peas and tuna, on English Muffin, topped with American cheese ... and nuked to melt the cheese ... side of macaroni salad.  

 

Other variations ... use another cheese and different side dish.

Went out for dinner tonight...short rib filled raviolis with meat sauce, bread, and prime rib and tortellini soup.  Very delicious!

Today, I made scalloped potatoes in a creamy cheese sauce with ham, mushrooms and onions..that's dinner tonight and leftovers for tomorrow!  🤗
