Just curious if I've been ignoring something all these years. Mine are:

1. salt

2. onion (fresh or powder)

3. lemon

4. garlic

5. Badia Complete Seasoning spice blend

1.sea salt

2.granulated garlic powder

Italian Seasoning

Heat (Franks, Crystal, Sriracha, Tabasco, Louisiana hot sauce) and always freshly ground pepper either black or Aleppo

Cumin

Good Sherry Vinegar or lemon

Garlic

(And a lot of food we eat is tomato based)
