Wanted: Crock Pot Beef Burgundy

I would like to serve Beef Burgundy with rice on Christmas Eve. I will not be home part of the day to cook a complicated dinner, so I want to use the crock pot. I looked on google, but would prefer a tried & true recipe.

Can anyone help? TIA
